Where we paint
We are based in Salt Lake City and work across the whole valley and beyond: up to Park City, down to Lehi and the north end of Utah County, and north into Davis County. If you are within about 100 miles of Salt Lake, call and we will confirm.
Cities we paint in
Each page covers what we see most in the homes there.
Salt Lake City
Salt Lake City has more than a hundred years of housing in it, and the paint job changes with the house.
Millcreek
Millcreek is mostly east bench and mostly mid-century.
Holladay
Holladay is big lots, mature trees and houses that have been added onto and remodeled more than once.
Murray
Murray sits in the middle of the valley and has a little of everything: 1940s and 50s brick homes around Murray Park and downtown, 60s and 70s ramblers to the east, duplexes and small rentals near State Street, and new townhomes going up near the hospital and Fashion Place.
Cottonwood Heights
Cottonwood Heights sits right at the mouths of Big and Little Cottonwood canyons, and the houses take the weather that comes out of them.
Sugar House
Sugar House is 1910s to 1930s bungalows, Tudors and cottages on small lots, with original wood trim, plaster walls and front porches.
Sandy
Sandy is subdivision country: two-story family homes from the 1970s, 80s and 90s in Alta Canyon, Dimple Dell, Willow Creek and Crescent, with a core of older homes in Historic Sandy and larger custom homes up toward Bell Canyon.
Draper
Draper grew fast from the 1990s on, which means a lot of homes are hitting their first or second exterior repaint right now.
Taylorsville
Taylorsville is practical, well-kept housing: brick ramblers and split-levels from the 1960s through the 80s, a lot of them owned by the same family for decades, and a healthy share of rentals.
West Jordan
West Jordan is a lot of stucco two-stories from the 1980s and 90s, newer fiber cement homes out toward the Oquirrh foothills, and a busy commercial strip around Jordan Landing.
South Jordan
South Jordan is Daybreak and everything around it: newer homes with porches, fiber cement siding and strict HOA color rules, plus established neighborhoods like Glenmoor and River Park with stucco and brick.
West Valley City
West Valley City is the second biggest city in Utah and it has every kind of building in it: 1950s to 90s homes in Granger and Hunter, apartment buildings and duplexes owned by local landlords, and a lot of commercial and warehouse space.
Park City
Park City is about half an hour up Parleys Canyon from us, and we are up there regularly.
Lehi
Lehi is the fastest-growing part of the Wasatch Front, and most of its houses were built in the last twenty years.
